Session Information

These sessions are designed to capture your children's personality, I will shoot as much variety as I can during your 30 minute session. Siblings and immediate family are welcome to join in the fun.

Weather permitting the session will take place in the National Park in Kurnell. An entrance fee of $8 is required when entering the park via car.

A wardrobe guide will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.
Session Fee & Payment

The Session Fee covers my time and a number of edited Digital Images are included in the session price. A password protected gallery will be made available post your session, you may select your included number images from the gallery. Additional digital images can be purchased for $75 each. Images will be provided as high resolution jpeg files on USB in both colour and black & white.

The session fee is to be paid at the time of your session by cash or credit card.

Images take approximately 2-3 weeks after the ordering to be edited and dropped into your gallery for Download and ordering of prints.
Agreement

1. The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for travel, parking and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

2. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

3. Photographs shall be delivered via digital gallery as high resolutions JPEG files.

4. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer.

5. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the non-watermarked photographs.

6. Client grants the Photographer unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, trade, advertising and other purposes.

7. Client will not hold the Photographer responsible for any accidental injury incurred before, during or post the session.
