Session Type

Please let me know what type of newborn session you are after. A full price guide will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.
Mini Session | $425 :: 1-2 hour session family, sibling and baby photos. Package includes the session fee, online gallery and 5 edited digital high resolution images. Full Session | $895 :: 2-3 hour session. Package includes the extended session fee, more variety of images, online gallery and 20 edited digital high resolution images.

Session Fee & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of $50 is payable to secure the session. The balance is to be paid at the time of your session by cash or credit card OR via payment plan prior to your scheduled session is due to take place.

The Session Fee covers my time and a number of edited Digital Images are included in the session price. A password protected gallery will be made available post your session, you may select your included number images from the gallery. Additional digital images can be purchased for $50 each or in bundles. Images will be provided as high resolution jpeg files via digital download in both colour and black & white.

Images take approximately 1 week after the session completion to be sorted & loaded to your client gallery. Once your selections have been received for editing they will take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to your gallery and access enabled for downloading and printing. During busy periods this could take up to 4 weeks.
Session Preparation

A Session Guide will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation. Please take 5 minutes to have a little read, it contains lots of tips for a smooth session.
Agreement

1. We agree not to come to the studio if we show any symptoms of COVID-19 (your session will be rescheduled without fee).

2. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day for emergency or medical reasons, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, at no extra charge. However in the event of a 'no show' or cancellation for change of mind within 24 hours of the scheduled time frame, client with forfeit the $50 retainer paid upon booking.

3. Photographs shall be delivered via digital gallery as high resolutions JPEG files.

4. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Please note that all packages are designed to cover my session fee and post editing. I will always do my very best on the day however I can’t guarantee that you will receive all of the variety as listed, it is provided as a guide as to what I will aim to achieve on the day of your shoot. What I am able to capture will be dependent upon how settled baby is on the day.The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer.

5. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the non-watermarked photographs.

6. Client grants the Photographer unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, trade, advertising and other purposes.

7. Client will not hold the Photographer responsible for any accidental injury incurred before, during or post the session.

The unedited gallery will be made available within 1 week of the session for the client to make they image selections. Final edited images will be turned around within 2 weeks of submission. However during busy periods this could take up to 4 weeks.

Post-processing of photos is done to the photographers style consistent with their portfolio. Any additional retouching requested by the Client will be billed at 50.00 per hour.
